Good to know
- Your store credit is added 30 days after your friend's order, once it has not been cancelled or returned.
- Store credit is applied at checkout when you are signed in to your account, and it stays for 180 days.
- Your friend's free blush is applied with the code from your invitation link, on a first order of $88 or more of full-price products, before tax and shipping.
Programme terms
1. Who can take part. The House of Winters referral programme ("the Programme") is run by Caroline Winters. It is open to customers aged 18 or over with a Caroline Winters account who have placed at least one order. Employees and contractors of Caroline Winters may not take part.
2. Qualifying friends. A referred friend must be a new customer who has never placed an order with Caroline Winters, must use your personal invitation link or code, and must be someone you know personally. You may not refer yourself, a second account of yours, or another member of your household.
3. The friend's gift. One free full-size Caroline Winters blush per new customer, in a shade available at the time of the order, when their first order contains at least $88 of full-price products before tax and shipping. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with other discount codes, and is limited to one per order and one per customer.
4. Your reward. For each qualifying friend's order you receive store credit at your current rank (see the table above). Credit is added 30 days after the friend's order, provided the order has not been cancelled, refunded or returned in that time. If an order is later refunded or found to break these terms, we may reverse the credit. Store credit expires 180 days after it is added, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Each member can receive a maximum of 15 referral rewards.
5. Sharing your invitation. Share your invitation personally with people you know. You may not publish your link or code on coupon, deal or cashback websites, use it in paid search or paid social advertising, or use our trademarks in a way that suggests you represent Caroline Winters. Sending unsolicited bulk messages is not allowed.
6. Fair use. We may withhold or cancel rewards and remove anyone from the Programme for fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts or breach of these terms.
7. Changes. We may change, pause or end the Programme or these terms at any time. Changes do not affect rewards already added to your account.
8. Ambassadors. The Caroline Winters ambassador programme is by invitation only and has its own terms, which are shared with ambassadors directly.
