Some products are available through "Subscribe & Save," a subscription that automatically renews until you cancel. This policy explains the terms; the key terms are also shown next to the subscribe option at checkout before you pay.

How it works
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We will ship and bill you automatically at the price and frequency you selected (both shown on the product page and in your account) until you cancel. Prices may change with advance notice.

Your consent
You enroll by selecting Subscribe & Save and completing checkout, where the recurring price, frequency, and cancellation method are disclosed. After your first order, we send a confirmation that includes these terms and a link to manage or cancel.

Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time, with no fee, through your account / customer portal or by emailing Support@carolinewinters.com. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. You may also skip, pause, or change frequency in your account.

Refunds on subscription orders
Subscription orders are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy. If you are charged after you cancel, contact us and we will make it right.
