What is it, that makes mink such a good choice for lashes?
As a makeup artist I always strive for perfection, and throughout my career I have tried multiple lashes on the market, both synthetic and mink lashes, however I do always come back for the mink ones.
So why is Mink so much better alternative than synthetic? While this is obviously my personal opinion I find that mink mimic the hairs of your own lashes much better. A real thin hair will always look more natural than a lab made hair. When using real hair you can't control them 100%, this gives each lash it's own life and makes them look real, it also ensures that they blend better with your own lashes, giving a more natural finish.
I always use mink lashes myself, I just find them to be more real looking.
